Ordered 2 dolls they arrived within a week but was disappointed with the finish of them both, one doll had a fringe an inch longer on one side than the other which looked very noticeable and the stitching at the back of the neck of the second doll was undoing. Having spoken to customer services who were very understanding and helpful two more replacements are being sent ...hopefully these will be ok

After purchasing the Polly doll for our daughters 1st birthday we loved the rag dolls so much we bought a selection for friends children at Xmas. The Chloe doll was a good size for the older toddler. Vibrant colours and very pretty. We even ended up ordering a 2nd one.
