Rail names
I bought a rail name for my first grandchild who is now twelve, then two more for twins, now aged seven. I was delighted that you were still doing name trains and now have one for my latest grandchild. All beautifully made and a lovely keepsake.
Very nice but......
I bought ten of these to make up names of both granddaughters. They look great but once on the track they don’t fit under all the tunnels so didn’t work very well at all . Tried lifting the tunnels up slightly but then the track became unstable so not very successful I’m afraid.
Letter train
Having already purchased a letter train for our eldest grandson we were looking to purchase one for our new grandson. Initially I could not find all the letters I wanted online so I contacted Bigjigs by email for help. They replied promptly and advised me how to obtain the letters I needed.
