I bought a diesel engine with bumper track for my son, it arrived promptly and the engine was in perfect condition, however the track was damaged. I emailed BigJigs, they replied & apologised straight away and posted out a replacement, which got here today. Thank you!

The train itself is fine but the buffer arrived broken in the packaging. My son was desperate to play with the train so we have decided not to return the item on this occasion.
