For years, The House of Puzzles’ stunning artist-illustrated jigsaws have captivated puzzlers of all ages and, now, its treasured range is joining our collection.
What Is The House of Puzzles?
In 1999, The House of Puzzles emerged onto the scene with a modest collection of just 12 jigsaws. However, over time, the range steadily grew into a cherished collection of 600+ puzzles loved by families all over the globe.
Known for its charming and traditional designs, The House of Puzzles caters to all interests, ages, and skill levels. Grown-ups can take their pick from its 1000 Piece, 500 Piece, Big 500 Piece, and Big 250 Piece puzzles, and for youngsters, its 80 piece KidzJigz puzzles are a big hit.

A Perfect Match
Did you know that the first product we ever made was a wooden puzzle? Our founders Liz and Peter Ireland used to work from their garden shed in Kent making jigsaws out of old floorboards - hence the name ‘Bigjigs’! This timeless toy has been a huge part of our heritage for almost 40 years, so this exciting acquisition feels like the perfect fit and will launch us into the cardboard puzzle market with an incredible product range for families to choose from.
