The gift voucher is only valid 1 year from the date of issue.

As the voucher is an eGift Card, there’s no need to worry about a physical card as a voucher code will be emailed directly to you.

How To Buy Your Bigjigs Voucher

1. Simply select the value you’d like to load onto the card (min. £10.00, max. £100.00) 

2. Proceed through the checkout process

3. After you’ve placed your order, check your emails (don’t forget to check your spam folders just in case) as you will have received a link to your unique gift card

4. Print out your gift card to pop into a Birthday or Christmas card. Or if you prefer, you can forward the email on to the recipient (or their parent/guardian) for them to redeem.
